Membership is open to all PTA-licensed CVAS, FLL, LDI, Cable TV distribution operators, and related telecom network infrastructure providers across Pakistan.
You need a valid Pakistani CNIC, active contact details, PTA license details (if applicable), company NTN, and proof of membership processing fee transfer.
APNA maintains an active Dispute Resolution Board and Regional Arbitration Committees to amicably settle right-of-way, cable routing, and commercial conflicts.
Once registered and approved, members can search the centralized fraud database or report local incidents directly through their operator portal dashboard.
