- Unified Platform: Bringing together ISPs, CVAS operators, and infrastructure providers on a single national platform regardless of size or region.
- Collective Strength: Fostering cooperation to speak with one united voice before regulators, law enforcement, and municipal bodies.
2. Business-Friendly Environment
- Preventing Disruptions: Eradicating fiber cable cutting, infrastructure theft, and anti-competitive sabotage to guarantee uptime.
- Infrastructure Defense: Partnering with public authorities to treat optical fiber networks as critical national infrastructure.
3. Economic Stability & Justice
- Economic Advocacy: Countering rising operational costs, currency devaluation, and arbitrary municipal right-of-way tariffs.
- Prompt Conflict Redressal: Providing speedy mediation through APNA’s Dispute Resolution Committee to settle inter-operator issues.
4. Workplace Safety & Labor Security
- Field Staff Protection: Preventing unlawful threats, extortion, and physical harassment against field linemen and engineers.
- Safety Guidelines: Establishing standard safety protocols, electrical hazard protection, and labor welfare policies.
5. Fair Business Opportunities & SME Support
- Anti-Monopoly: Championing a level playing field where independent ISPs can compete fairly without predatory corporate encroachment.
- Nurturing SMEs: Supporting local and regional operators with technical training, peer resources, and bulk equipment procurement.
